An explosive letter reveals concerned Lyndoch staff asked the Lyndoch board for help 18 months ago, but were ignored. All rooms have jetted tubs and kitchens. I asked this person at the end of our long conversation what message they wanted to pass on to the Lyndoch Living board: I want the public and the board to know that the situation is every bit as bad as what it is.
